Rebar installer — Richmond County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a rebar installer in Richmond County, Georgia. You will be based on a civil engineering bridge and roads site. On a typical shift you will tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers; lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors; lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman; set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift; read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules; check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour. Requirements: • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates 6+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $4,500 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
