Ideal candidate: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking You will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down.
