Immediate opening: we are hiring a scullery hand in Cayuga County, New York. Ideal candidate: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Punctual, reliable and hard-working On the job you will handle: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift Full-time with occasional weekends. $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
