Pot washer — Jefferson County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a pot washer in Jefferson County, Indiana. Day to day you will polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift. What we are looking for: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Pay around $4,400 per month, based on your experience.
