Kitchenhand wanted in Platte County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Platte County, Nebraska. What we are looking for: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Day-to-day duties: • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. $17 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
