Grill cook — City and County of Swansea

Now hiring: we are hiring a grill cook in City and County of Swansea, Wales. You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Your main tasks: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha 2+ years on the tools preferred. £120 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
