Vertical milling machine operator — Tangipahoa Parish

Immediate opening: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana. On the job you will handle: • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance You should have: • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • Able to grind and set HSS cutters Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
