Join our team: we are hiring a motor grader operator in Cass County, Iowa. The role involves read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles; keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook; check for underground cables and services before digging; level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines; backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations. You should have: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
