Vacancy available: we are hiring a banksman in Allen County, Ohio. You should have: • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles On the job you will handle: • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $4,100 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
