Ideal candidate: • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement The role involves feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull.
