Immediate opening: stores assistant (Louisiana)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a stores assistant in West Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana. Day-to-day duties: • Report damaged or short-dated goods to the supervisor • Load and unload lorries and containers by hand or with a pallet truck • Scan barcodes to update stock levels on the WMS • Put away stock into racking locations following FIFO • Wrap pallets with stretch film and apply shipping labels • Assemble customer orders for dispatch and stage them at the loading bay Ideal candidate: • Good numeracy for stock counts and order checking • Previous warehouse or stores experience Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
