Now hiring: coating plant operator (North Carolina)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Dare County, North Carolina. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Willing to work shifts and overtime Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
