Tig welder • Ogbia, Bayelsa State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a tig welder in Ogbia, Bayelsa State. The role involves: • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints • Weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges • Strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode • Back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring) • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions You should have: • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings Pay around ₦150,000 per month, based on your experience.
