Join our team: we are hiring a powder coater in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. The job is at a powder coating unit. Day-to-day duties: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness Requirements: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
