We are recruiting: we are hiring a prep cook in Monmouth County, New Jersey. What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Day to day you will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
