Pot washer — Ochiltree County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a pot washer in Ochiltree County, Texas. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. Requirements: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates The role involves: • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies 2+ years on the tools preferred.
