Cake decorator wanted in Capitol Planning Region

Join our team: we are hiring a cake decorator in Capitol Planning Region, Connecticut. What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Day to day you will proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity. 4+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
