Immediate opening: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in Kalamazoo County, Michigan. You will work at a busy machine shop. The role involves: • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet You should have: • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
