Vacancy available: we are hiring a gatehouse guard in Sumter County, Florida. The job is at a factory gate. On the job you will handle: • Respond to intrusion alarms and panic alerts • Operate the boom barrier and check vehicles in and out • Man the reception desk and direct visitors to the right block • Keep watch on the perimeter fence and parking area • Operate the metal detector and hand-held scanner at the door • Write up incident reports after any disturbance What we are looking for: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Clean police verification with no criminal record • Alert, disciplined and punctual 3+ years on the tools preferred. $5,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
