Gypsum plasterer — Livingston County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a gypsum plasterer in Livingston County, Illinois. You will be based at a plastering and dry lining contractor. Ideal candidate: • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work The role involves patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster; fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads; check walls for plumb and level as you go; skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration; tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
