Urgent requirement: lift mechanic (Pennsylvania)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a lift mechanic in Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania. You will be based in a machine room on the rooftop. Day-to-day duties: • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Run load and overload tests with test weights You should have: • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
