Great opportunity: we are hiring a butcher in Kafin Hausa, Jigawa State. Day to day you will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. ₦850 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
