Requirements: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens You will load and unload the deck oven with a peel; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; score the top of loaves before baking; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $4,600 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off.
