Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Amelia County, Virginia. You should have: • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection • Able to pass a weld test on the spot The role involves select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel; strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal; clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
