Cnc lathe setter • Rush County, Indiana

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cnc lathe setter in Rush County, Indiana. You will work on the CNC turning shop floor. Requirements: • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code On the job you will handle: • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish $4,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
