Scullery hand — Hertfordshire

Join our team: we are hiring a scullery hand in Hertfordshire, England. The job is in a catering unit. Requirements: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure The role involves: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift Full-time with occasional weekends.
