Falsework carpenter • Burke County, North Carolina

We are recruiting: we are hiring a falsework carpenter in Burke County, North Carolina. You will be based on a bridge and flyover project. The role involves: • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss Requirements: • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
