Now hiring: we are hiring a picker-packer in Brunswick County, Virginia. The job is at a builders' merchant yard. Day to day you will put away stock into racking locations following FIFO; pick orders from racking using a handheld scanner and pick list; assemble customer orders for dispatch and stage them at the loading bay; load and unload lorries and containers by hand or with a pallet truck; report damaged or short-dated goods to the supervisor. You should have: • Good numeracy for stock counts and order checking • Reliable timekeeping and good attendance • Basic English for reading labels and instructions Pay around $3,700 per month, based on your experience.
