Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Clear Creek County, Colorado. The role involves top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat. Requirements: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Full-time with occasional weekends.
