We are recruiting: roofing technician (Missouri)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a roofing technician in Jefferson County, Missouri. The job is on commercial flat-roof projects. On the job you will handle: • Fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Bed and point ridge tiles with mortar • Torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs • Install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights Requirements: • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. $210 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
