Production operative • Geidam, Yobe State

Immediate opening: we are hiring a production operative in Geidam, Yobe State. On the job you will handle: • Follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter • Load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper Requirements: • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
