Urgent requirement: confectioner (Missouri)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a confectioner in Ripley County, Missouri. Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Basic cake decorating and piping skills On a typical shift you will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; score the top of loaves before baking; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
