Now hiring: we are hiring a rebar fixer in Sweet Grass County, Montana. Your main tasks: • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Assemble column and beam cages on the bench • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust • Set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift What we are looking for: • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
