Gtaw welder wanted in Hughes County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gtaw welder in Hughes County, South Dakota. You will be based in a food and dairy equipment factory. Day-to-day duties: • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions • Set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal • Inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion • Set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator • Grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper You should have: • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances 4+ years on the tools preferred.
