Ideal candidate: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets On a typical shift you will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces.
