Health and safety supervisor wanted in Grand Isle County

Join our team: we are hiring a health and safety supervisor in Grand Isle County, Vermont. You will work at a busy construction site. Your main tasks: • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. $5,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
