Great opportunity: we are hiring an automotive refinish painter in Riverside County, California. You will prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint. Requirements: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
