Concrete shuttering carpenter • Larue County, Kentucky

Now hiring: we are hiring a concrete shuttering carpenter in Larue County, Kentucky. Requirements: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Able to read formwork and structural drawings Day-to-day duties: • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
