Gang bricklayer wanted in Hancock County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a gang bricklayer in Hancock County, Maine. You will work on a busy housing site. Requirements: • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks Day to day you will erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts; building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation; forming arches, piers and reveals around openings; raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. We offer $3,300 per month plus benefits. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
