Immediate opening: we are hiring a head baker in Sheridan County, Wyoming. The job is at a cake shop. On the job you will handle: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
