Ideal candidate: • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites Day to day you will check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements; verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry.
