Head baker • DeSoto County, Mississippi

We are recruiting: we are hiring a head baker in DeSoto County, Mississippi. Your main tasks: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • 2+ years' experience as a baker Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer $5,300 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
