Great opportunity: we are hiring a safety officer in Dawson County, Nebraska. You will work on a high-rise building project. The role involves stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges; ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site; take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry. Ideal candidate: • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot 3+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours.
