Canteen cook wanted in Cumberland County

Now hiring: we are hiring a canteen cook in Cumberland County, New Jersey. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. You will follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. What we are looking for: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Pay around $4,200 per month, based on your experience.
