QC technician • Essex County, Massachusetts

Immediate opening: we are hiring a QC technician in Essex County, Massachusetts. You will escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer; measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts; segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation. What we are looking for: • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade 3+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
