Urgent requirement: we are hiring a chef de partie in Worth County, Missouri. You will work at a fast-food outlet. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Day-to-day duties: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
