Halal butcher — Warri South-West

We are recruiting: we are hiring a halal butcher in Warri South-West, Delta State. You will be based in a hotel or restaurant butchery. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter The role involves break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case.
