Immediate opening: quality checker (Ohio)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a quality checker in Delaware County, Ohio. You will escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer; segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items; draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans; log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation. What we are looking for: • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges 4+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $4,100 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
