Retail butcher wanted in Jones County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a retail butcher in Jones County, Mississippi. The role involves: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders You should have: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Six days a week, one day off. Pay around $3,900 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
