Great opportunity: we are hiring a site labourer in Wakulla County, Florida. On the job you will handle: • Cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days • Stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage • Backfill and ram down soil around the foundations • Pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator • Mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer • Set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction What we are looking for: • Physically fit and comfortable working at height • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain $4,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
